General Information
What is the Tr3nch 5v5 Football League?
Tr3nch is a premier 5v5 football organization dedicated to providing a high-energy, safe, and competitive platform for youth athletes. Our focus is on skill development, exposure, and elite competition in a non-contact environment.

We offer divisions for various age groups, typically ranging from **[Insert Age Range, e.g., 6U to 18U/High School]**. Please verify the specific age cut-offs for the current season on our registration page.
Registration & Rosters
How do I register my team?
Registration is handled exclusively through our online portal. Visit the "Register" tab, select your division, and follow the prompts to submit your team information and payment.
What is the maximum roster size?
To ensure playing time and streamline gameplay, rosters are capped at **[Insert Number, e.g., 20]** players. Every player on the sideline must be officially rostered and have a signed waiver.
Can a player play on multiple teams?
No. Players are restricted to one team per age division to maintain fair competition.
Are waivers required?
Yes. Participation is strictly prohibited without a signed waiver. Every player must have a waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian before stepping onto the field.
Game Day & Equipment
Is headgear mandatory?
Player safety is our top priority. All participants are required to wear league-approved soft-shell headgear (e.g., GameBreaker or equivalent) during gameplay. No exceptions.
What other equipment do players need?
Players must wear a matching team uniform (jersey and shorts) and mouthguards are mandatory at all times. Cleats are recommended, but metal spikes are strictly prohibited.
How does 5v5 differ from 7v7?
Our 5v5 format is faster-paced and focuses heavily on passing concepts, route running, and defensive coverage. With fewer players on the field, athletes get more touches and higher visibility.

What is your refund policy?
Registration fees are non-refundable. In the event of a weather cancellation, we will provide a credit toward a future Tr3nch event.
What is the "Zero Tolerance" policy?
Tr3nch enforces a strict code of conduct. Fighting, foul language, and abuse toward officials or staff will not be tolerated. Any coach, player, or spectator violating this policy will be ejected immediately and may face a permanent ban.
